KOULOUSOUSA S. VAIOS EU – ENERGY is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery) due to cases that can not be attributed to the fault of KOULOSOUSA S. You have the right to return the products you bought, free of charge and without having to tell us the reason why you want the products returned, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case, only the direct cost of returning the products is paid by you.

Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, ie they have not been unsealed or their packaging has been tampered with, along with the retail receipt or invoice.
